SANTASUITS.COM / EXTREME HALLOWEEN -RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY


The costume industry standard has always been that there are no returns or exchanges due to the nature of the business. However, because of the fact that our items bought over the internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. Costumes are meant to be fun and to have fun in. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return policy is as follows:

Make sure to read the return policy and try on the costume before you remove the Return Policy Tag. If the tag is removed from the costume, we will not accept the costume back for return or exchange.

1) No item can be returned without prior authorization. The customer must contact Extreme Halloween and obtain a return authorization code that the customer will write prominently on the package returned. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

2) All returns for any reason must be post marked within 4 days from the receipt of the package. There will be no returns allowed for orders placed between October 15 - October 31st. All returns with authorization prior to October 15th, must be postmarked withing 4 days or by October 20th (which ever is first). All other returns will be refused.

3) If the customer is not satisfied with the item for any reason, the customer may return the item with the original packaging and with the "Return Policy Tag" in place. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

4) If the item does not fit, the customer may return the item for another size, if available. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If there is no other size available, the customer may either choose another item or return the original item. The customer would then be responsible for all shipping charges plus the 15% restocking fee.

5) The following list of items CANNOT be returned for any reason:

A.) All Magic Items - MAGIC ITEMS ( INCLUDING TRICKS, EFFECTS, ILLUSIONS,VIDEOS, AND BOOKS) CANNOT be returned or exchanged for any reason.

B.) SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT be canceled, returned or exchanged. - This includes any item that we order especially for the customer and is listed on the web page as a “SPECIAL ORDER”.All mascots are considered special orders and many of our deluxe adult size costumes over$100.00 are considered special orders.

C.) Other items that CANNOT be returned: WIGS, BEARDS, SOCKS, TIGHTS, AND NOVELTY TEETH. These are non -returnable because of sanitary and hygiene restrictions.

6) If an item was shipped in error or is defective, the customer may ship the item back. If the claim is allowed, a full refund will be issued including shipping. During the month of December, shipping times are not guaranteed and Extreme Halloween will not issue refunds for late deliveries.

7) All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Extreme Halloween's discretion only.

8) Extreme Halloween will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. If an order is time sensitive, the customer must tell Extreme Halloween the date that the item is needed. However, Extreme Halloween will not be held responsible for late deliveries by any freight carrier. APO and FPO deliveries must allow at least 14 days for delivery. Refunds will not be issued due to carrier or address mistakes. All orders are considered the customer's once the package has been shipped.
