In stock orders are shipped out within 1 -2 business days after we receive your order Monday - Friday. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Makeup items on are often special order and can have extra processing time.

Most orders placed by 2pm EST ship the same business day. 

Please indicate the date you need it. Also take into consideration that packages may be delivered up to 8:00pm your local time.

Items labeled Special Order  may require extra processing time, are subject to availability, and are final sale - they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

1. Is it in stock? We have a live inventory system, so if you see the item on our website and it says in stock, it is available. Please note that some items, even though they are labeled as "in stock" means they can be ordered but are labeled as Special Order and can have extra processing time before shipped.

3. Will my package be left at the front door or is a signature required? Most orders do not need a signature to be delivered. The delivery driver will most likely leave packages at the front door if it is deemed safe. We cannot accommodate any special requests or instructions on where the delivery driver should leave a package. If you feel that a signature should be required for package delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. Only express packages can be sent with a signature required.

4. Military APO & FPO ADDRESSES: We do ship to Military APO and FPO addresses via US Priority Mail. Delivery time to the Military is 3 - 5 days. Then it is up to the Military to deliver the package to the recipient. Please leave enough time for the post office and the military to deliver your package.Please allow 15 business days for delivery. For the shipping price, just use our shipping chart listed on the ordering information page.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: We do ship all over the world! Please see International Order Information for details. For shipping to Canada, see the Canadian shipping page.

6. PURCHASE ORDERS: We do accept purchase orders from school and government institutions. Purchase Order Details and Instructions.

7. CHILD SIZING INFORMATION: Our costume sizes are equivalent to children's clothingsizes, *not ages*. If your child is an in-between size, we recommend that you go with the next size up. We always say it is better to have the costume be a little too big rather than a little too Small! CLICK HERE to see our sizing information.

8. ADULT SIZING INFORMATION: Some costumes are only made in One Size. This does not mean that One Size fits all. Most men's One Size costumes will fit up to a Large. Most women's One Size costumes will fit up to a size 10 or 12. CLICK HERE to see our sizing information.

9. INCLUSIONS: Each costume only includes what is listed with it. Any other accessories worn by the model would be extra. Please Note: Costume styles, colors & accessories are subject to change. We here at Extreme Halloween do not make the costumes, so we do not have control over these changes that the manufacturers sometimes make. We are doing our best to keep our site descriptions and pictures as up to date and accurate as possible.

11. MAIL ORDER CATALOG: We do not have a costume catalog available in print. You can always view our products here online though!

It is a safe and secure way to send your credit card information to us. We have state of the art security features; we take our website security very seriously.
